Lainey Franklin-Guy

I worked mainly with Mrs. Lainey Franklin, she was amazing to work with! She was always quick to respond and was helpful with every question I had, she definitely made sure I was taken care of! Mrs. Franklin and Mrs. Shelby Magee worked together towards the end to help get everything together so I could close in a timely manner! I am a first time homebuyer and they definitely took the stress out of buying my first home. Everything went smoothly and made this experience enjoyable! When I buy again I’ll look forward to working with these Women!

Lainey Franklin is amazing and extremely helpful. Her and her team worked very hard to get my loan done in a timely manner. There were a lot of issues that came up, from the seller and realitor, but she got it all done dispute the issues. I am cery pleased with Lainey and her team and would definitely recommend GMFS to anyone.

Very friendly and helpful along this journey. I’m a worrier and always preparing for the worst but glad when it’s good. Lainey was phenomenal in keeping me updated and getting information processed. Not that I ever plan on buying a house again but would definitely use them again if I did.
