Ms.Moniqe Smith was a wonderful lady to work with and she was also very helpful in the process of getting the loan. she also help calm my nerves whenever I saw something that didn’t look right in the paperwork and ensured me that it would all be fixed or she explained to me why It looked like it did and then proceeded to explain that by time we closed it would look different. She was also kind enough to answer all of my phone calls which was a lot , and help me walk throu step by step on what to do and what we needed. She help me understand a lot about becaus this was my first major loan that i I took which was nerve wracking but when I worked with Ms.Moniqe she help settle them.
