The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced that conventional loan limits are increasing. The new 2024 base loan limit in most of the country will be $750,000!
An increase in loan limits may help more people qualify for conventional loans, including loan down payment loan programs. For example, qualified borrowers can put down as little as 3% on a $750,000 home!
