New Conventional Loan Limit Increase

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) announced Today, Tuesday November 24th that conventional loan limits are increasing. The new 2021 base loan limit in most of the country will be $548,250 (a 7.4% increase over 2020).
2021 General Loan Limits – Contiguous States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico
- One unit $548,250
- Two unit $702,000
- Three unit $848,500
- Four unit $1,054,500
Start using these NEW limits as early as Monday, November 30th!
