A professional team that takes matters seriously and tackles issues from inside the box, outside the box and by any means possible! I have seen them use creative measures that other companies would not take the time to try to figure out to get the loan through! I am talking about paying off a simple small debt that most Loan Officers would tell you is insignificant but once paid off raised the clients credit score enough so they could get the loan! Always smooth transparent transactions with this team! Will use them time and time again!

When there were issues with my qualifications during underwriting, Shannon advocated for me and helped me to understand exactly what I needed to do in order to still get the loan. She communicated clearly and was helpful from start to finish! As a first time homebuyer, the process of applying for your first loan can be extremely overwhelming but she made it just about as streamlined and easy as possible. Thanks to GMFS 🙂
