GMFS Mortgage is pleased to offer a Conforming and Jumbo Conventional ARM. The Adjustable Rate Mortgage or ARM offer the lowest home loan interest rate available for 5/6, 7/6, and 10/6. ARMs tend to be best for the financially savvy borrower. While a fixed-rate mortgage locks in your interest rate for the life of the loan, an ARM offers an interest rate that adjusts over time.
