Very friendly and informative

The turnaround time from Kevin, Lacey and the GMFS team was extremely fast and helpful. After dealing with other mortgage lenders on what I learned was a unique deal, my expectations were low with regards to the deal getting done. However, Kevin and Team were able to find a solution in a matter of minutes. 10/10 will use them again and refer everyone I know.

This was just a great experience to become a homeowner…If I had to refer anyone to a mortgage company you guys would be my first choice!!!
