Everyone at GMFS, Prairieville, especially Shannon Rasbury, were very prompt, efficient, fast and helpful. I started the mortgage re-fi process in mid May. I tried ro use 3 other corporations and they WOULD NOT call me back or handle my requests timely, they were dragging their feet. I finally called GMFS, Prairieville, in mid June, 2020, and they got back w/me, by computer, the SAME DAY. They followed this with a personal call in a few days. We closed rhe re-fi on 7/15/20-1 MONTH AFTER I FIRST CALLED THEM. I AM VERY SATISFIED!
