Great customer service and very friendly. They handled my first time home purchase three years ago and I went back to them for refinancing! And in no time I got all my paperwork signed and ready to go. That’s will tell you a lot about how this organization handle business and take care of their customers.

Throughout my home construction this was the easiest, most flawless part of the entire build. If I had a question about anything they were a phone call away with the answers I needed. My offshore work schedule requires me to be gone for extended periods and in the past that has held things up in financing but with GMFS there were no hold ups. Great company to work with.

Since retiring I wondered if I would be able to refinance and take advantage of historically low rates. GMFS walked me through the process and we closed, reducing our rate by 25%. Communication was good throughout the process. Everything, except signing papers at the attorneys office was done online.

I first met Wanda with GMFS Mortgage in April 2019. She was my Loan Officer when I bought my house in June 2019, which was a 30 year term. I decided to refinance my house into a 15 year term in January 2020. Wanda was so helpful and made the process of obtaining my mortgage in 2019 then my refinance in 2020.
