This team at GMFS is Wonderful!!! Their customer service, punctuality, friendly but professional attitude is above the rest in Lafayette, Louisiana! The whole process from start to finish was smooth, they also answered any questions or concerns about the pre-approval to closing. They gave approval when I was turned down after reviewing my file and determined I was applicable to proceed. The home buying process should be smooth as possible with out extra stress being added & GMFS Mortgage took away the stress. I’m forever grateful & will refer family, friends. Be blessed.

I was given excellent customer courtesy! Time was taken to understand any question(s) before an answer was given, and the answer(s) given, were very clear and understandable. All paperwork was sent in a timely manner and checked in a timely manner. If an email had been sent that I hadn’t checked or was slow on responding, the GMFS team a courtesy call, test, and a reminder. All efforts in making this process as easy as possible was well appreciated. I am also grateful for all that learned throughout this process. I feel that this was an exciting and fun process and I am eager to pass this information, along with the GMFS Team, on to any of friends that will be looking forward to purchasing a home in the near and far future.
