The entire process was very easy. My loan officer was always available by phone, text and e-mail.This was my 3rd time to use GMFS. Everyone was very nice.

Lance and Tommy made the process of refinancing quick and painless. The online portal and DocuSign process allowed me to complete everything from home on my phone. Easy peasy! It took less than 45 days start to finish even through the Christmas and New Year holidays. I would recommend.

First Trina is one of the most patient people to work with ever. She took the time to answer a million little questions and guided me through the whole process. The seller was irritated by all the I’s that needed dotted and the T’s that needed crossed, but Trina stayed the course making sure, I was not rushed and that they process was thorough and complete before we finalized the deal. Linda is a treasure and she made me smile more than she knows. I loved the professionalism and the guidance. I travel extensively on my job and even that did not stop them from helping me achieve my goal. I would highly recommend anyone seeking a loan to work with these 2 ladies at GMFS Mortgage.  Much respect.

I contacted GMFS inquiring about a refinance, and within 24 hours they had run the numbers and gotten back to me. A few e-signatures later and the process was done. Super fast, amazingly easy, completely stress free experience from my perspective. And they were quick to answer any and all questions I had!
