Brandy was amazing! She even responded to my emails the day after giving birth. 🙂 Long after closing, Brandy has been available to me to answer any questions I have about Taxes and being a new homeowner. Always helpful, always attentive. Brandy is the best!

Carrie is very professional in her communication, education regarding various types of mortgage financing. She helped Leah and I determine which mortgage time frame was best for us, communicated what financial information that was needed for both locking in our rate and pre approval. Her response time when I had a question or need was exceptional. Over the past few weeks the ten year treasury rate increased dramatically. (up 50% in four weeks) She responded to our decision to lock in rates immediately instead of waiting for a few more weeks. Within an hour she had all the details worked out and a rate locked in for us.
I would recommend Carrie to anyone. Her past experience in the construction industry as well as that with GMFS serves her and her clients well.

Mr. Taravella displayed a welcoming / friendly personality from the beginning. He was kind and reassuring that he would do his best to help me get the home I wanted. Being a first time buyer with no real estate knowledge he was patient with me when I was confused and made sure I had clarity. His deamnor was perfect all the way through the process. I feel blessed to have had him as my loan officer and think GMFS is fortunate to have him as a representative of their company.

Ashley is very professional, quick to solve issues, helpful, and was concerned to my needs. The knowledge of her expertise was well shown during all my inquiries and she will have my business anytime.

Was overall a pleasant process to refinance. The document submittal process could be confusing at times but was not an issue. All staff were knowledgeable and friendly

April has been fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. She was not only helpful with the loan process, but also went above and beyond by answering our questions and giving us tips on the entire construction process. We did a refinance, at Jason’s suggestion and guidance, and saved about $200 a month on our mortgage payment. Good advice….Jason was great throughout the process, explaining what was needed, providing updates and staying on top of deadlines. His assistant Shelby was always available whenever Jason wasn’t, we never had to wait for an answer or explanation on what docs were needed and when. I highly recommend Jason to all my family and friends.

Ashley has been outstanding during the on-going process of financing our new construction loan. From helping with planning, contractors, Hurricane Assistant etc, she has been most helpful. My fiancé and I can not put into words how much stress has been removed with her on our side during the process. With all that being said, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loan etc.
