This the best mortgage team ever. I must have called and emailed them everyday asking them questions throughout this process. Even with all my questions they was very helpful and always had a positive attitude. They also did everything they could to make this process easy and smooth, and it was just that! MADE IT VERY EASY FOR A FIRST TIME HOME BUYER!

I’ve been a customer of GMFS for too many years to remember. In fact, I believe this is my third refinance with GMFS in the last 15 years.  After my initial visit, which was very brief and productive, the refinancing process was a breeze. I never once had to go out of my way to provide any requested information. Everything up to the closing is done online. Lastly, The entire process was completed in less than a month.

Made it very easy for a first time home buyer, and pointed out pitfalls & scams to look out for as a new home owner.

Greg Price kept me well informed and did so in a very timely manner. He made the process very easy stress free.

Jason and his team were amazing to work with. Always made themselves available for any questions or concerns we had. They made the entire process incredibly easy. Being a first time buyer, I did not know what to expect, but I had heard buying a house was one of the most stressful experiences. I can not commend them enough for proving that false.

I can’t imagine a more exciting, challenging, and often stressful endeavor than buying a house. There’s just too much to remember with markets fluctuating and guidelines changing at every turn. Even the title company praised how perfect they were to work with. They answered every question I had, as well as the ones I didn’t even think to ask. Every step of the way they were there for me and my family, and now we have a place to call our own. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Don’t trust this process to anyone else. I’m so glad we didn’t.
