April was AMAZING in helping me to purchase my home.  Not only did she get me an awesome rate, she flawlessly helped manage some stressful situations throughout the process that were no fault of her own.  I was so pleased I referred my parents to her as well and she provided an amazing experience for them as well. Mrs. Machado was recommended to me by my daughter. She was very prompt with responses to emails, answered all of my questions with patience. When I asked about revising my documents, she explained every detailed and sent revisions with thorough explanation. Kelsey, was also a dynamic employee who worked for the company. Kind, patient and answered all of my concerns and questions. Such a wonderful company, especially during the pandemic when people are going through turmoil.

This is the second time I have used this company. Both times they were very helpful in answering all of my questions. I had emailed them with questions about the tons of junk mail and emails I was receiving about refinancing. I did not think that I was even qualified for a refinance on my home. I was told that I was. I was also told that I could get PMI off of my mortgage payments with refinancing. The process began very quickly. An agent called with details and once I agreed to terms, everything went very well.  I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone buying a home or applying for a refinance.

April treats every client like they are the most important one! She’s always on top of the many issues that come up for home buyers. I really appreciate the way she keeps everyone informed and eases buyer anxiety by anticipating questions and providing solutions. She’s the BEST!
