Overall great experience with all the GMFS team from top to bottom. Stayed in constant contact, kept us up to date on everything going on, worked around us, the ease of using e-sign, and direct/up front honest with us from the very beginning. Breath of fresh air as compared to dealing with bank lenders who are out for their banks interest, not their customers.

Great mortgage company to work with. Have my current home and my vacation home mortgages with them. The newest mortgage was for my vacation/ retirement home and they were exceptional to work with. Everything went smoothly and we closed last Friday without a hitch.
