We were originally doing business with a different lender but the interest rate seemed high as per information on the internet. I decided to shop around a bit and several other lenders had similar rates. GMFS’s rate came in well below all of the others. When I say well, I mean almost 1 whole percent below the others. Liz and her team were very efficient and informative. Liz went out of her way to get me the best deal possible. She is VA knowledgeable and at closing, we received money back rather than having to pay. Liz at GMFS is your number one bet!
