They were great to work with and their process made getting information to them very easy, and fast. They stayed in contact with me through the entire process and was always available at the drop of a dime to answer questions and/or resolve queries. Shelby’s expertise gave me a great deal of confidence; she explained to me all the options available to me about the different loan products she also gave me real timeframes to ensure I know what’s happening on what days. Closing was fast as they told me it would be once everything goes accordingly.

I used GMFS to refinance my old house and then again to build my new house, Both times I used Trey for the loan process. Trey was wonderful to work with and stuck by our side through the entire process. He was always available for questions and was very prompt to get back with us with information on our loan.

When we contacted Brandi, I was working in Pennsylvania, I was in a area where I had very poor to no service. Plus I was working night shift. I filled out what I could on line as requested, it took twice as long since I had no service most of the time but Brandi worked with my wife and I, she was very patient and understanding. She assisted me even after hours when I had questions. She was able to get me the lowest rate and we was able to close when I came home. I hold Brandi in the highest regards. She took care of my family when needed and I would recommend her to anyone. I am very pleased!!!

Quick and easy , low interest rate

I tried 4 other mortgage companies and was denied, so I thought I would never get to build my new house on the property I had already purchased, until I called GMFS and spoke to Trina Cuccia. She took my application and worked with me until I had my closing day. I am so thankful I called her that day and she made everything seem possible and it did. I would recommend Trina and GMFS for a mortgage to everyone.
