Brandon Hollingsworth at GMFS was amazing and made our first home buying experience a breeze. We will continue to recommend Brandon Hollingsworth at GMFS as a lender! We couldn’t begin to explain our appreciation for everything he did for us and how much patience he had while guiding us!

Our experience with GMFS for our home mortgage was excellent! Ambrey Nicholson was very knowledgeable and quick to return our calls with an answer for any questions we had. She made the process smooth from start to finish. Can’t thank her enough! Id highly recommend GMFS and Ambrey to anyone looking!

5 out of 5 would mortgage again! I moved in to my new home two days ago and I love it! The process was a breeze. I had begun to lose hope about buying a home when I went with a mortgage competitor. After contacting GMFS they express railroaded me into my new home. There’s a reason GMFS has the best scores and is rated the best in greater North Shore area. With a near 100% success rate for their loans they don’t need to prove they are the best, they are the best. Miranda was very knowledgeable and friendly. She kicked off the process expertly and gave me a great deal. Miranda educated me on the whole process and made me feel secure with knowledge of the various phases of getting approved. Kelsey has great communication she routinely gave updates and asked about my needs to ensure that we were on the same page. She got to know me and made me laugh and not worry about the possibility of not being approved. Thank you both for the amazing first time home buyer experience!

I worked mainly with Mrs. Lainey Franklin, she was amazing to work with! She was always quick to respond and was helpful with every question I had, she definitely made sure I was taken care of! Mrs. Franklin and Mrs. Shelby Magee worked together towards the end to help get everything together so I could close in a timely manner! I am a first time homebuyer and they definitely took the stress out of buying my first home. Everything went smoothly and made this experience enjoyable! When I buy again I’ll look forward to working with these Women!
