Chantelle Chotto went above and beyond to get us into our first home! My family was blessed to work with her & GMFS. Truly couldn’t be happier with our new home. The experience was tedious with getting paperwork lined up with the VA, and she was always motivated to get our loan approved.

Chantelle is literally the best. I was going thru a divorce after 25 years and the pandemic in 2020 and Chantelle managed my loan for my new home purchase. She was *always* available by phone or email. Even late night on a Sunday. She answered all my “dumb questions” in a way I could understand. She got me a rate that blew away the other lenders I was speaking to.

In 2021, she helped me with refiancing said home after the rates went down further. Again, no other lender could match or beat GMFS rates. One lender (I wont say their name but it rhymes with Sickenloans) said that GMFS was small time and I would regret going with them. I did my home work to find that isnt the case and GMFS has BILLIONS of dollars in loans out there.

In 2022, I got engaged and moved into a new house with my fiancee – I didnt even bother with any other lenders this time. Went right to Chantelle and cake walked right through the process (3 times in 2 years). My son also closed on his house recently, also with Chantelle. GMFS and Chantelle know what they are doing. I would give her 6 stars if I could.

John and Lindsay was awesome. They spent so much time explaining our different options. They worked quick and communicated well. We were able to close on our home within 20 days! They did awesome work and gave me the best rate!

I feel very fortunate and happy that I had the opportunity to work with GMFS for my home loan. April Curtis was very helpful throughout the process and I always felt very confident in her knowledge and that she was looking out for my best interest. Anytime I had any questions about anything, April was very quick to respond and always kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend April to anyone because she is truly great at what she does and such a kind person. 10/10 would recommend!!

I just wanted to say that I had a wonderful experience working with GMFS for my mortgage and house buying process. Mark Griffin, Erica, and Caden Turner worked hard on my loan and made sure everything was done right along with getting me a fantastic rate. I cannot rave enough on how much Caden specifically helped me along in this process of buying my first home. He knew how to answer my obscure and tricky questions about the home buying process so I can learn and understand each step of the way since this can be such a stressful/daunting you are on edge or nervous about taking the 1st step in getting a home, I’d highly recommend working with Mark and Caden.
