My loan experience with GMFS Mortgage exceeded my expectations. All transactions were handled in an efficient and timely manner. Trey Haidet did an exceptional job and really impressed my realtor. I would definitely use his services again if needed.

Overall good experience – there were some things that came up that I would have expected to be caught early on (I.e., eligibility for certain programs), but fortunately I was able to make adjustments.

We were referred to GMFS Mortgage by our realtor. Stephanie Machado was and continues to be the ultimate professional . She makes us feel that it was not just an experience to get us financed, but continues to follow up with us and check in on us which confirms to us that she actually cares about the people that she interacts with. She is a rare gem in today’s world that has sadly seemingly lost touch with that type of customer service.

I think something that would improve the experience is making an app that allows u to pay on the app. I feel paying this bill isn’t made very easy especially if u refinanced.

The Reverse Mortgage that my wife and I did has been the greatest experience of our lives. It was everything that they said and then some. It has freed up money to make life much easier.
