Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Wow! I can’t say enough about Blake. My entire “trying” to purchase a home was quite the experience. My problems were with the home I was going to buy, it had structural damage, so needless to say I didn’t buy it. Blake was compassionate, thoughtful, caring and very understanding. Having to switch property addresses, keeping up with my interest rate & locking into it & making sure I understood every document sent my way. His kind words, very thoughtful. My experience with Susan could not have been better! Everything went very smoothly and professionally. I am so glad I chose her to do my refinancing. I saved money per month and shortened my loan! Great experience. I just wish I had more houses to finance!

Paul Plaisance in GMFS is very knowledgeable about the mortgages and helped us throughout the home buying process. As this was our first home, he explained us the mortage plans in details. Refinance of mortgage was told that the process would take a long as it took and the financial information that was required seem to be a bit much. I was on the verge of aggravation when the process was complete.

Mr. Guest did an outstanding job in my process to become a first time homeowner. Mr. Darren Gill was very patient and helpful Was able to save money by refinancing at a lower rate and received money to make improvements to my home and pay off a few debts which allowed me to save even more money .
