When ever anyone applies for a loan they are nervous because they are not 100% sure what they qualify for. Troy and his team made this entire transaction very painless and Troy was very personable and easy to talk to. I wouldn’t hesitate to apply with GMFS Mortgage again because they just made it seem so easy and it was. First class people and first class company.

Phenomenal experience! The timing of our home purchase coincided with the August 2016 flooding of the metro Baton Rouge area, our loan officer and many of his staff were personally flooded out of their homes as a result. However, he and his entire team at GMFS still managed to deliver our mortgage for the scheduled closing date. I want to thank Bob and Darren for helping us buy our dream home. Our mortgage was far from the ordinary and they both had the answers to every hurdle that we faced. When we started with another mortgage company, the representative said that we didn’t have the numbers to make it work and they just gave upon us. Bob and Darren had different attitudes and made it work. This is the second mortgage we have done through them and we cannot recommend them enough.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, ex after having so much trouble with 2 previous companies! I am now a home owner!! Michelle is amazing and very informative and has great communication.

The best service I have ever had with a mortgage Co. they really go out of their way to see that there customers gets the best Rates, Deals and Services available to them – I have had several loans threw them and have been fully satisfied with each one !

Lainey was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Before getting into the thick of things, she double checked the numbers to confirm that refinancing did indeed made sense for us. The process was smooth. Their Floify tool to upload documents was convenient. Would recommend.

What can I say, this set of people right here got me in my home within a month time. Amazing people and very helpful and attentive to your every need. Each step through the process of applying for the loan and securing it was thoroughly explained, and if need be, patiently walked through with me. :Loan Officer was very helpful and instilled confidence that everything was going smoothly. I had only a short time to secure the loan to close on my house, and it was completed and approved in plenty of time.
