I want to thank Bob Lank and Darren Gill for helping us buy our dream home. Our mortgage was far from the ordinary and they both had the answers to every hurdle that we faced. When we started with another mortgage company, the representative said that we didn’t have the numbers to make it work and they just gave upon us. Bob and Darren had different attitudes and made it work. This is the second mortgage we have done through them and we cannot recommend them enough.

Bob made the process easier by offering to answer my many questions, by offering to copy my tax returns for me, and explaining the whole application with simple explanations. He kept me up to date all along the way, and offered suggestions to help me speed the process. A real professional, while being helpful and understanding. The was a downsizing for my wife and I, so it was somewhat unsettling, but with his help, we completed and closed right on schedule.
