As an example, I was stressed about an issue that came up (of my own doing) on Easter Sunday, and out of sheer desperation, texted Aaron. Not only did he respond, but he conversed back and forth with me until I felt assured it would be ok. I have already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so. He made the roller coaster ride of buying a house seem like a breeze.

The experience was excellent. Both Blake and Aaron were great to work with and very helpful throughout the process. The combination of the construction loan and the final loan was the reason to go with GMFS. There were issues with the credit score companies with incorrect information, Blake and Aaron helped resolve the issue and move the process along. The communication between all parties was excellent and clear.
