Each step through the process of applying for the loan and securing it was thoroughly explained, and if need be, patiently walked through with me. :Loan Officer was very helpful and instilled confidence that everything was going smoothly. I had only a short time to secure the loan to close on my house, and it was completed and approved in plenty of time. If I know or learn of anyone in need of a home loan I will certainly recommend GMFS, and Michael Guest in particular.
