Johnny Peterson was beyond helpful throughout our first home buying process. He was able to not only answer all of our questions, but also provide us valuable advice and help. He was in constant communication with us every step, making the process very straight forward. We would recommend GMFS to anyone we know, and will certainly come back to buy our next home.

Kaitlyn and the entire GMFS team are such a great bunch to work with!! I trust them to answer all of my questions concerning loans and the loan process. They’re super professional and quick to respond. Kaitlyn goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are aware of all things happening with their loan. She’s even saved a deal before by going to the home herself and measuring the space for her client. Saved. The. Deal. She’s a closer! And above all else, she has integrity and is kind.
