This is my 2nd loan with GMFS Mortgage, i have to say that Lance H. and Tommy G. always make us feel like we’re a priority. The dual are are highly efficient, honest and very resourceful! They’re like the Michael jordan and Scottie pippen of mortgage lol. Great job thanks again!

I would use the word excellent, but that isn’t even a fitting enough word to describe my experience. Communication was excellent and swift, and if I had a question or concern, it was answered so quickly and specifically, that any anxiety or doubt that I had, was put to ease quickly. I have told, and will continues to tell whomever will hear me, to go to GMFS Mortgage, and more specifically, to ask for Stephanie!!!

Our realtor (Century21) introduced us with the GMFS Mortgage and I found the correct personnel to talk to for Mandeville area. Paul Plaisance in GMFS is very knowledgeable about the mortgages and helped us throughout the home buying process. As this was our first home, he explained us the mortage plans in details. Paul do not hesitate to run different scenarios of payment terms, and his works are prompt & accurate. Overall, it was pleasure to work with Paul & GMFS Mortgage. Our mortgage transition went smoothly.

I have to say Mrs. Stephanie Machado Barto is the best!.. working with her and her assistants was more than amazing she answered every question I had always on top of things she was never rude. Everytime I called her if she did not answer she always called me back …she also helped me get homeowners insurance this company is more than amazing if it weren’t for them I don’t think I would have gotten the house that my family deserves.

Mark at GMFS handled our mortgage loan quickly and professionally! He was always available and happy to answer questions and run scenarios. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn that GMFS Mortgage made a donation on our behalf to the Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center upon the closing of our loan!

Jackie Dykes was probably the best Mortgage Broker I have ever worked with, her and Jenny were outstanding with pushing my mortgage through with the owner. I don’t think anyone else could have done what she did. Thank you guys so much
