Working with GMFS Mortgage was a treat. My wife and I spent 3 months trying to refinance with our original mortgage holder, we kept getting the run-around while interest rates creep ed higher, GMFS lined us up and we closed in less then 30 days.

In general the process moved smoothly all the way. Required information was provided in a timely manner. Additional information was provided for clarification and when it was requested. This is the first house I purchase in USA , learned that the process is large and complex but it was made easy to follow with GMFS Mortgage assistance. Very satisfied. I hope it continue like this now we’ve started to pay my mortgage back.
