I refinanced my house with GMFS Mortgage. Trey Haidet, Sr Loan officer is who handled my mortgage refinance. He was thorough and responded timely anytime I had questions. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Closed very timely. I am extremely pleased with Trey and GMFS as my mortgage company. 🙂

Superb service and very pleasant experience. My builder was offering a $5,000 credit towards closing costs if I had used their lending service. After trying to work with them for a very frustrating week, I forfeited the $5,000 and called Lance for help. Money well spent! Lance and his team make everything extremely easy. They are very responsive to emails, phone calls, texts, etc. Thanks Lance and GMFS Mortgage.

Todd made the refi process extremely easy and hassle free. He kept us very informed and worked hard on our behalf to gather the necessary information to complete the process in a quick manner.It is refreshing to know that there are professionals who still care about the clients and are willing to go the extra steps to help them!
