I cannot say enough about John Peterson and Sherri at GMFS Mortgage. They were so helpful and patient with me. I got pre approved from several companies but none followed up or offered the one on one experience GMFS did. As a first time home buyer I was clueless and they walked me through everything step-by-step. I also got a rate that couldn’t be matched and John ran numbers for me many times to help me get a mortgage that would work for me. I highly recommend them.

Both Neil & Marcee were incredibly patient with us! I had no idea the thieving Bankers, Damned Congress give away liberals (who created the housing crises) and Government Mortgage companies (ALL WHO GOT RICH OFF THIS FIASCO AND WERE NOT SENT TO JAIL) had made it almost impossible for anyone to get a loan. Your Industry has been hog tie and tied up with a rediculous amount of red tape! Neil and Marcee are extremely hard workers and have my greatest respect! People like them make America Great!
