I was fortunate enough to work with Mark Griffin on my refinance. He was professional and honest as well as patient throughout the entire process. It took me nearly 4 years to repair my credit and get myself in a position to refinance. He worked with me the entire time!!! He will always be my go to guy for future mortgage needs!!!

Derek personalized the refinancing experience while remaining very professional. When GMFS Mortgage made an error in calculation that increased the amount of our loan from our earlier expectations, he explained and apologized for the mistake–though it was not HIS mistake–and I appreciated how he handled that situation. He was always prompt and helpful in communicating steps in the process, using phone calls and texts as well as emails to keep me apprised of our daily progress.

Michelle is always available to answer questions for my clients almost 24 hours a day. Her knowledge and determination to work through problems are unparalleled!
