About as smooth and easy as I could hope for. Mr. Price was very courteous, professional, and always followed up with me in a timely manner regarding any issues or questions I had.

This was my first time buying a house so I had no idea what was involved. I was blessed to get Carla Vento as my Loan Officer. She answered all my questions (and I had a lot) and guided me through the process. She was kind to me and patient the entire process. I could not have had a better experience! I would not hesitate to refer her to any of my friends.
