I had a great experience overall. Neil was very knowledgeable and did what he could to walk me through the beginning steps of the home mortgage process. The office staff was very friendly, courteous, and quick to respond to emails/phone calls. Overall a very fluid first home buying experience for me. Thank you!

It was a smooth process. Mrs. Hailey was accessible all the time and answered all questions that we had. I do not want to go through this process again but if I did I would choose GMFS Mortgage.

From the time the offer was made until closing GMFS Mortgage was excellent to work with. They were on top of everything from the start. Awesome people to work with. I’ve bought property before, however this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever experienced. I will definitely recommend them.

Lance was very helpful throughout the process. He was readily available to answer all of my questions. He explained everything thoroughly was very informative of the step-by-step process that helped me get into my first home.

This is our second mortgage with Paul. Just like the first one we found Paul to be very professional with his approach. He always responded in a timely and courteous manner and was a pleasure to work with.
