I recently purchased a home with Chantelle’s help and guidance. There were too many obstacles to mention here, so many that I’d avoided purchasing this home for years. At multiple points during the process, it appeared we’d encountered an obstacle too great to overcome, or at least one that would delay the sale. Chantelle took on each challenge, worked closely with my attorney, and sorted through each of the considerable hurdles until, to my great surprise, we actually closed the deal (and on time!). I had a great experience on my recent refi. Everything was smooth and quick. All your staff were very helpful and responded quickly to all my questions. Clayton was fabulous to deal with.

Darren Gill was amazing as a broker, I couldn’t ask for better. However, the underwriters are difficult to work with and this process was much more difficult than my last mortgage with GMFS Mortgage. I’m giving 5 Stars because of Darren, but I’m not sure I would recommend GMFS Mortgage again due to underwriting.

Timely review of loan application documents and delivery of loan pre-qualification letter. Familiar with other businesses related to home purchasing including insurance and escrow service. Smoothest home mortgage financing process we could have expected.

My interaction with Mark was above what I expected. He and his team were on mark with everything and kept me informed of every little aspect of the process. The follow-up letters I get in the mail are a bit different. When I did not reply to the OPTIONAL insurance I started to receive pink letters. We all know that pink letters mean late payments. As I get older I feel I don’t need additional stress. By implying I am late on my mortgage with a pink offer letter is bad taste, IMO.
