My husband and I were first time homebuyers so we didn’t know anything about mortgage loans. Stephanie was very helpful with our questions and concerns. She went on maternity leave and left us to work with Alyssa, and she was just awesome! I probably called Alyssa like every day, lol. And she was kind and patient EVERY TIME! Denise Yeary deserves more accolades than is possible to enter in this space. In my 21 years of selling real estate in Texas…mainly Collin County, i have never encountered anyone more professional, calm, steady and personable than Denise. She kept the “wheels on this train” that we just Closed, that could easily have derailed at any given moment. She is a constant, steady, timely, communicator also, keeping all factions and parties to the contract, thoroughly informed, educated and updated. The way she dealt with multiple, strong, varied personalities, should go down in a Text Book of handling and managing Client Personalities. A highly recommended, essential “Team” member…THE GLUE!

Denise, I have attached a pic of my girls and I.  We are loving the house.  Your help was such a blessing to me.  This is my first home purchase after my divorce last year.  This home is an investment for me and my girls and allows me to save some money instead of renting.  We are loving the space this home provides and the den/kitchen area feel like HOME! Thanks for all your help.
