The process was convenient. I could do everything over the internet and by phone to apply. I was able to get everything done on time and closed on my new home as scheduled.

Steve Foreman was great to deal with. He made the refinancing process very early and friendly. The automated signature system is a very nice and efficient way of signing the necessary documents in the refinancing process. I would highly recommend Steve Foreman and GMFS Mortgage to anyone looking for a home loan or a home refinance.

This company deserves 5 gold stars. From the time that I made initial contact with Michele it was a pleasant experience all the way to the key exchange. The team was always available to answer questions, always willing to help and always reminded me that I could call them whenever I had a question/concern. It is an experience that EVERY potential homebuyer deserves. I was a first time homebuyer and this was the only company I had contact with. However, if I had to do it again or had a to make a recommendation……………GMFS Mortgage is the no-brainer choice HANDS DOWN and thumbs up.
