Minus one star because of underwriting. Although I had a prenuptial agreement and had already filed for my divorce which was waiting on a signature, the underwriter tried to force me to have my ex-spouse disclose his credit card information to add to my application. He was in no way connected to my business especially because of the legal, filed and documented prenup agreement. Very unprofessional! Lance and Thomas more than made up for this behavior. The lending part was super easy. Very quick closing. Great people. And they don’t sell your loan to other companies. I was kept informed at all times. No surprises at closing. Actually enjoyed the experience.
