I enjoyed working with GMFS mortgage. My agent was knowledgeable about the questions I had and responsive when I called and emailed. I am sure I got on his nerves. GMFS mortgage also had an assistant that communicated to me about what papers were needed so my family and I were able to close on the house early (we requested). The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars was because of taking a home owners course that I was not aware of when I started this process. The course was required for the loan I was getting. Other than that GMFS mortgage was great! Would I work with them again on my next house….Yes.
