I was a first time home buyer, Michelle and her team were awesome explaining everything to me. Because I was under a deadline to get my closing finished they worked very hard to make sure this happened. They all were just very pleasant to work with and if I buy another house in the future I would want to work with them again. I will be referring my friends to them.

This was the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had refinancing. Todd was amazing. He contacted me to keep me in the loop through every step of the process so I was never left wondering. The process was quick and any adjustments I needed were handled quickly. As a returning customer I didn’t have to bring any money to close. Absolutely great experience!

Service was great and they were always available to answer questions. Everyone involved made the process of buying my home easy and understandable for my first time.

Everyone i had to work with at GMFS was awesome. They stayed in touch with me to keep me updated with everything going on. Everytime i emailed or called they were there to answer my questions an they were very professional an knowledgeable about the whole process.
