After going through a hassle with a big lender and getting the run around, my wife and I wanted to go local and we met Paul who was with us every step of the way. Day or night and any question at all Paul, Miranda, and their team explained every question/concern asked. It took us half the time to close of what the other lender estimated and as long as you are on the ball and doing your part GMFS will make it painless and easy!
