Buying a house is obviously an extreme roller coaster process. There came a time during the process where we thought we would not get approval. Kevin and Lacey stayed persistent and made it happen. We greatly appreciate their assistance and their patience with us during the process.

The entire re-financing process with GMFS was as smooth and efficient as possible. The process was quick and painless. I started the process of a home equity loan with another company on November 1st that wanted $100 more per month. On November 7th I called GMFS, and Troy was able to get me a better rate and we closed on the 22 nd. I would recommend them to everyone.
