We recently worked with Josh Foster at GMFS to refinance our home and take some cash out. It was the BEST experience. Our personal case was a bit unique (semi-complicated), but Josh made magic happen! By the end of it all, he helped us eliminate all of our debt, pay off our existing home equity line of credit, and get our mortgage interest rate down…all of which is saving us hundreds of dollars per month in never-ending interest that we were totally burdened down with before. And to top it all off, we were able to cash out a significant amount to do some major renovations on our home. And we’re STILL saving money. Major win!!! We highly recommend Josh Foster!
