As a first time home buyer, I felt they did all the work for me. All I had to do was provide documents and proofs and they took it from their. They were very quick in their response when ever I had questions. They even gave me future advice to save money which is really important for me. I dont think they ever realized that when they spoke to me on the phone, I asked several times to repeat because I am hearing impaired (born deaf). They would always say they will put it in an email for me which greatly helped me out. I appreciate all they did for me. I felt that this process went really smoothly.
