I’m so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Mark Griffin. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would because I truly believe that if it wasn’t for he and my wonderful realtor Trula M., that I would not be a homeowner today. After getting the run around with another lender for almost a year he stepped in and got me exactly where I needed to be in just 3 months! He even referred me to an awesome credit repair company. He was always available to answer all of my questions and is always so positive and uplifting. He was able to put my mind at ease by knowing that I finally found a lender that will get results. I will forever refer all of my family and friends directly to him.

Just wanted to write to personally share a heartfelt thank you for what GMFS and it’s employees committed to during this trying time. The last two weeks have
provided an amazing experience. GMFS has truly made a difference for the St. Vincent De Paul men’s and women’s shelters and for City Group Hospitality. Your donation fed close to 500 people daily and rescued the St. Vincent De Paul workforce. The impact of your donation was felt on so many levels. It has been a tremendous lifeline for City Group Hospitality’s employees. By the end of the two weeks – the awareness to making a difference in our community that you all started has allowed us to rehire 12 employees in a part-time role and a couple at a full time capacity. We were honored to have such a tremendous partner before this tragedy began, now during it, and look forward to us growing our relationship when hope, faith, and our dedicated medical community bring us back to our normal lives. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you all for your commitment to Changing Lives! GMFS leadership and it’s employees are truly are living out their mission!

The staff was wonderful. We were first time home buyers and didn’t have a clue of what we were doing. Mark Griffin, Erin and their team of experts guided us along the way. Not only was Darren efficient but we knew what the next three steps of the plan was throughout the entire process!

I just financed my home because 3% money can be invested earning a lot more than 3%, or can take care of car loans or credit cards or for whatever you desire. My finances are very complicated, not your typical w-2 so it took a very talented mortgage broker to get it done. In addition GMFS is a direct lender most of the time which enables them to work with both typical tax returns and untypical and complex like mine when underwriting!

He can help you anywhere in the country. No Covid-19 complications or problems!
