I first met Wanda with GMFS Mortgage in April 2019. She was my Loan Officer when I bought my house in June 2019, which was a 30 year term. I decided to refinance my house into a 15 year term in January 2020. Wanda was so helpful and made the process of obtaining my mortgage in 2019 then my refinance in 2020. I was already in a 15 year mortgage and interest rates fell further after several months. Wanda reached out to me and I did another refinance for an even lower interest rate. Wanda and GMFS made my first home buying experience so awesome, then refinanced twice with them. Wanda is so knowledgeable and made all three experiences run seamless!
