I’ve been a customer of GMFS for too many years to remember. In fact, I believe this is my third refinance with GMFS in the last 15 years.  After my initial visit, which was very brief and productive, the refinancing process was a breeze. I never once had to go out of my way to provide any requested information. Everything up to the closing is done online. Lastly, The entire process was completed in less than a month.

This whole process was incredibly smooth and Troy was the best! Troy was very informative and being able to upload documents online made things super easy! Will recommend any of my friends or family!

Troy at GMFS helped me lower my note plus got me a loan to do some upgrades to my home. I am paying less a month got a loan and I will still pay off my note on the same time as my original loan. Thanks to Troy and GMFS.

The Loan process was stress free!

The process was quick and painless. I started the process of a home equity loan with another company on November 1st that wanted $100 more per month. On November 7th I called GMFS, and Troy was able to get me a better rate and we closed on the 22 nd. I would recommend them to everyone.

In general the process moved smoothly all the way. Required information was provided in a timely manner. Additional information was provided for clarification and when it was requested. This is the first house I purchase in USA , learned that the process is large and complex but it was made easy to follow with GMFS Mortgage assistance. Very satisfied. Phenomenal experience! The timing of our home purchase coincided with the August 2016 flooding of the metro Baton Rouge area, our loan officer and many of his staff were personally flooded out of their homes as a result. However, he and his entire team at GMFS still managed to deliver our mortgage for the scheduled closing date.
