We had a great experience working with GMFS. The loan officer Trey was very professional and knowledgeable. The entire vetting process exceeded our expectations. There were absolutely no hiccups or set backs throughout the process and up to the closing. We would definitely choose GMFS for future needs and would highly recommend them to our family, friends & colleagues.

I used GMFS to refinance my old house and then again to build my new house, Both times I used Trey for the loan process. Trey was wonderful to work with and stuck by our side through the entire process. He was always available for questions and was very prompt to get back with us with information on our loan.

Trey was very responsive when I reached out to inquire about a refinance. He worked with us on our original mortgage with GMFS 5 years ago. He provided me with a numerous options to choose from. He made the entire process very easy. He answered any questions that we had. We got exactly what we needed.

Trey Haidet was probably the best lender i have ever had. He went above and beyond what was needed i had a sale on my property fall threw and he stuck with me for months as i tried selling my house before finally being able to buy my new house threw gmfs. Working with Trey was great. Underwriting was another story. There were some things as they relate to my documentation that should have been asked for much earlier in the process (Employment salary verification). We were in the 11th hour, and strange requests popped up that could have come much sooner.
