I used GMFS to refinance my old house and then again to build my new house, Both times I used Trey for the loan process. Trey was wonderful to work with and stuck by our side through the entire process. He was always available for questions and was very prompt to get back with us with information on our loan.

Working with Trey was great. Underwriting was another story. There were some things as they relate to my documentation that should have been asked for much earlier in the process (Employment salary verification). We were in the 11th hour, and strange requests popped up that could have come much sooner.
