Throughout the purchase process she carried my husband and I from start to finish! She gave us advice and explained in detail every question we asked (even after hours)! She is truly heaven sent! She gave us reassurance when we ran into roadblocks (and there were many) BUT she got us through without losing hope . A BIG shout out to my Mortgage Broker, Stephanie Chenevert! She was so patient with me, and answered all of my questions.  This was my first home purchase and Stephanie went above and beyond.  I am so grateful she was there every step of the way.  I went with a Rural Development loan which usually takes over a month and Stephanie was on top of her game making this process as smooth as possible for me.  I will definitely recommend her and GMFS to all of my friends and family. excellent customer service.  Easy to upload documents and they even came to my house to sign documents!

From start to finish, took less than a month to close on a refi.  Only took a grand total of an hour of my time to save almost two percent off my mortgage interest rate, not to mention skipping a month on my mortgage payments.  Closing cost was negative, meaning they paid me!!!
