Shannon went above and beyond to help me get pre-approved and clear to close on my first house. When there were issues with my qualifications during underwriting, Shannon advocated for me and helped me to understand exactly what I needed to do in order to still get the loan. She communicated clearly and was helpful from start to finish! As a first time homebuyer, the process of applying for your first loan can be extremely overwhelming but she made it just about as streamlined and easy as possible. Thanks to GMFS 🙂

Oh my goodness, GMFS is definitely hands down the best mortgage lender in America. Shannon took care of everything for me before I knew I needed it. My home buying experience was effortless and on top of that she is so great at her job, I closed my house in 2 weeks. That’s amazing, and GMFS did it for me. I appreciate everything Shannon did for me and I will be sending all my family members and friends to her as she is the bomb! I had a team of professionals on my side and I knew each step of the process all the way to my closing. Amazing home buying experience ever!

Everyone at GMFS, Prairieville, especially Shannon Rasbury, were very prompt, efficient, fast and helpful. I started the mortgage re-fi process in mid May. I tried ro use 3 other corporations and they WOULD NOT call me back or handle my requests timely, they were dragging their feet. I finally called GMFS, Prairieville, in mid June, 2020, and they got back w/me, by computer, the SAME DAY. They followed this with a personal call in a few days. We closed rhe re-fi on 7/15/20-1 MONTH AFTER I FIRST CALLED THEM. I AM VERY SATISFIED!
